Executive Chef at Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club

The Executive Chef position at Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a club and resort providing members and resort guests both creative and fresh cuisine as well as country club favorites. The club has 700 members and does just over $2M in F&B volume with approximately 60% a la carte and 40% banquet business.

We are looking for a hands-on executive chef who enjoys leading and growing a creative team as well as communicating with members. The candidate must also have significant a la carte and banquet experience, be well-organized, and have a track record of excellent standards of training and sanitation to ensure quality and consistency.

Chapter has approved the creation of a Student Member “Membership sweat equity” Grant allowing students to volunteer at chapter events to earn their first year’s National ACF Membership Dues.
